Carbohydrates that can help you lose weight

Too many carbohydrates does make weight gain. But if the carbohydrates eaten according to its portion, apparently according to the experts it could even lose weight.

Carbohydrate is the key to losing weight. By eating carbohydrates, people can control food intake a little more, and can burn a lot of calories coupled with perceived satiety. Carbohydrates can also make us more vigor and reduce stress.

Here is several types of carbohydrates that can help you lose weight:

  • Bananas
Bananas are a rich source of carbohydrates starch. Ripe banana flusher offers 4.7 grams of fat and less ripe bananas contain 12.5 grams.

Researchers also found that women who love to eat nuts about 23% less likely to be overweight.

  • Potato
Besides having a high fiber, potatoes are a natural source "proteinase inhibitor", natural chemicals that enhance satiety hormones and appetite increases.

Potatoes can also fill 300 calories, and therefore eating potatoes can lose weight without you having to feel hungry all day.

  • Brown rice
Brown rice cooked longer than white rice. But brown rice is digested more slowly. A study found that a person's blood sugar levels could be 24 percent lower in people who ate brown rice, compared with those who eat white rice.

Another study found that black and brown rice is healthier than white rice, but produce large reductions in body mass index, body mass and body fat.
